Sip Sense is a boutique distributor of fine teas and coffees founded in Marin County, California in 2017.  However, our jouney began several years before in Prague when we were introduced to Harney & Sons teas by a close friend who ran a tea and coffee distribution company in that region of the world.  We fell in love with the tea and decided to pursue  a business in this field when we moved to California a few years later.  

As we have grown and taken on new suppliers our philosophy has alway been to work with high quality products that we enjoy in our own home.  At the same time, the companies we partner with often times, share a similar business philosophy that makes it easy for us to get behind.  It's not a coincidence that a number of the companies we work with are family run.  

We had the good forturne to visit with Pekoetea Edinburgh in the summer of 2025 and try their unique tea blends and we fell in love again.  The purity of their ingredients and the complexity of their blends have your mouth bursting with clean, unadultered flavor.  The Pekoetea company people are a joy to work with and as the official importer we look forward to help bring their exquisite teas to the US market.
