The Whisky Collection is a range of teas blended with real single malt whisky from each of Scotland's unique whisky regions. Inspired by the different flavor profiles from across Scotland, these teas have been carefully hand-crafted to reflect the typical single malt whisky flavors from each region. Pekotea partnered with Glen Moray distillery in Elgin, the capital of Speyside.  We use their heritage 15-year-old single malt in this blend. The Speyside region is located in the north of Scotland, east of Inverness and it is home to the largest number of whisky distilleries out of all of the whisky regions of Scotland. The river Spey is the second longest river and the fastest flowing river in Scotland.  It is the abundant supply of pure water that helps give Speyside whiskies their smooth and complex flavors, with delicious hints of sweet fruit and vanilla.
